Not unfunny, but not exactly a gut-buster, this movie is painfully average. Seth Rogen and Rose Byrne are overshadowed by Zac Efron, who seems to be the only one in this movie not phoning it in. It is so aggressively safe that even the big penis joke (every R-rated comedy has to have one these days…) can only muster a chuckle. How this made over a hundred million at the box office blows my mind.
